Official Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is open to HealthNet Federal Credit Union (HNFCU) members who apply for and receive a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) between April 14, 2025 and June 30, 2025.

Only one entry per qualifying HELOC is permitted.

HNFCU employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period:

The promotion begins at 7:30 AM CST on April 14, 2025 and ends at 4:30 PM CST on June 30, 2025.

3. Prize:

One (1) winner will be selected at random to receive an RTIC Cooler and a dual charcoal/gas grill.

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at HNFCU's discretion.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries shortly after the promotion period ends.

The selected winner will be contacted via phone and/or email.

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of initial contact, a new winner will be selected and the original winner will forfeit their prize.

5. General Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of HNFCU, which are final and binding.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for HNFCU to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
