THE SPECIFIC CRITERIA FOR SETTING YOUR PASSWORD
A minimum of 8 characters
A maximum of 10 characters
1 of the characters must be numeric
1 must be lower case
1 must be upper case
1 must be a special character (e.g. #, $, *, @, %, ect.)
There cannot be repeating characters (e.g. aaa, ccc, etc.)
There cannot be any ascending or descending patters (e.g. abc, 123, cba, 321, etc.)
SETTING YOUR CHALLENGE QUESTIONS
Choose three security questions. You can select from the standard questions available or you can create your own.
These questions will be used to verify your identity during login or to reset your password.
Your answers are case sensitive.
CREATE A SECURITY KEY
The security key is a word or phrase that will show during the login process at the time you enter your password. If you do not recognize the security key displayed when trying to login, DO NOT ENTER YOUR PASSWORD. Close the browser completely, go to our home page, www.healthnetfcu.org and then follow the prompts to log in. If you still receive a security key that you do not recognize, please call 901-226-1111.

We may occasionally contact you at your email address to inform you of potential benefits and services. HealthNet FCU will not transmit sensitive or personal information that can compromise or violate a user’s privacy when communicating via email.

If you ever receive an email appearing to be from HealthNet Federal Credit Union that asks for personal information such as your Account Number or Social Security Number, do not respond to the email. Please notify us immediately at 901-226-1111.
